At SPS Italia 2026, together with SEW-EURODRIVE Italia, we are presenting an initial industrial mock-up of a photonic Quantum Processing Unit integrated into an automation environment: a concrete preview of how quantum acceleration can work alongside classical computing directly within production processes.

For us at Rotonium, this marks an important step toward room-temperature photonic edge QPUs: increasingly compact, efficient, and easily integrable systems designed to bring new computational capabilities closer to machines, production departments, and distributed industrial architectures.

The next frontier of manufacturing will not simply be connecting machines, but enabling them to tackle increasingly complex problems through a new form of distributed computational power.

A special thanks to SEW-EURODRIVE for this collaboration and for the shared vision of industrial innovation.

We look forward to welcoming you at SPS Italia 2026 to show you this direction up close.
